The UK’s biggest state school conference is back.
In 2022 we launched our flagship event - The Social Mobility Factory - as a creative new way to bring opportunities to state educated students. Our vision was simple. Student attendees could walk into the Factory without a professional headshot, any experience of mock interviews, a polished CV, knowledge of industries, or influential connections, and they could leave with it all - at zero cost to them.

2024: OUR BIGGEST FACTORY EVER
Opening the Social Mobility Factory gates at the iconic Roundhouse in Camden, we welcomed our new professional members for the first time, invited new industries to meet our students, and hosted world class speakers. The result? One incredible, immersive and #StateSchoolProud event.

Our 15,000+ strong 93% Students community is invited to join us
When students walk into the Factory, they’re entering a one-stop-shop designed to equip them with the tools, connections and opportunities they need to secure their dream job.
In 2024, more than 900 students registered to join us from 73 universities, 57% of which were from regions outside London and the South East.
Members of 93% Professionals are also encouraged to lend their support, supporting the next generation while expanding their own networks along the way.

Returning at an impact driven powerhouse
We select stunning venues to ensure our spaces mirror the aspirations of our student members.
In 2024, we partnered with the Roundhouse, an icon in the heart of Camden and an impact-driven powerhouse which channels ticket and venue fees into its charitable foundation, investing over £2.3m into young creative talent in 2023.
In 2025, we’ll be doubling our impact, returning to the venue, with our hire fee contributing directly to the Roundhouse’s fund for creative talent.
ZERO COST TO STUDENTS
Access to dream jobs shouldn’t come at a cost. The money we raise for the event ensures that students do not have to pay for travel and wider expenses related to attending.
ZERO PROFITS POCKETED
The 93% Club is a proud non-profit. By funding this year’s event, you guarantee that 100% of your contribution goes towards delivering impact for our students.
CONCIOUS OF STUDENT TIME
Students from lower socioeconomic backgrounds are time poor. Packing our impact into one day ensures that our students can access employers and opportunities whilst balancing their other responsibilities.
